Avoiding Volleyball Injuries

Volleyball can be a tough sport on the body, with constant overhead motions while spiking, serving and blocking along with running into fellow players.

Athletes readying themselves for the Olympics (or any tournament) have a tendency to do long days of training and practices, and these long days can take you out of your tournament if you are not fully prepared. If you are heading into a tournament visit a chiropractor and they will set you up with a regimen to prevent injury and overuse.
